Working & Dealing with Chinese Culture is a two-day training. The aim of this training is to help you to communicate effectively with your colleagues, suppliers, and potential clients in the Far East. This is achieved by thoroughly analyzing the cultural background and shared values of Chinese people and then evaluating the cultural differences between you and your Chinese counterparts. Once the differences are identified, you will be advised on how to overcome each communication obstacle in real life situations.

2. Analyzing individual communication challenges and finding solutions to improve the situation

Day 1: Understand Cultural differences

 

Goal: At the end of day one, you will learn to:

Understand culture and why culture plays an important role in the current business world

 

1st half day:

 

1. Arrival, introduction and sharing personal goals

2. General introduction to China (history, geography, economic & cultural background)

3. Intercultural differences: understand culture & why cultural differences matter in the business world

4. Understand your own culture

 

2nd half day:

 

1. Understand Chinese traditional values, the mentality & philosophy
